last night i parked my car outside the garage for the first time ever.....we just moved to this quiet little neighborhood a few weeks ago....i took my husband to work this morning at three thirty and everything was tore out i left my purse in there and my debit card is gone...i called and cancled it but is there anything else i should do....file a police report? i have no idea who would have done this i havnt made any enemies for years and if i do have some they dont know where i live? was it random? im really mad i finally started to feel safe here and now its ruined...

I do not want to take pictures of art but of archaeological objects does this affect the copyright, surely if the museum has said one can photograph the items the photographs (of those items) are mine. The archaeological items in the museums belong to the British public and Museums are the caretakers of such items, surely that means I can use those photographs as I see fit. I know this does not apply to art work but would this apply to archaeological items?

in th world not to realize that the book and movie just makes him look more guilty----------his life must be almost as miserable as one can think... husband moved in his ex wifes 26 yo to help her out. We bought her a car and it was in our name and insurance, (she was to pay it off to be hers and get her own insurance),she got mad at us after drinking with some friends and took off in our car with her clothes and make up stuff and left. After a month we got the car back by having to go get it, but, she has never came to get her belongings after calling her, text message, email and asking her family. Still she refuses to get her belongings which are getting runt in our garage by mice. How long are we responsible for her stuff and when can we get rid of it, without getting in trouble with the law? i have had asbestos case with these ga. lawyers for 20yrs. on my husband (died asbestosis)and cancer everywhere. he was 35yrs.old then. they have given some money, and said the rest are in bankrupt. the checks i got did not have a company name except where the law.office had printed. i want to see the original checks they deducted my money from. his secretary told me i was getting $40 to $50 thousand march 1991, promised, i might have gotten 15 in all from different com.? through the yrs.i am in tenn.he is in ga. i just want to know if i have been taken advantage of or how can i find out.

OK I recently sold a high dollar comic but when the buyer recieved it, it was water damaged. I was asked to send the original insurance ticket to the post office in NY which I did. The buyer then canceled the claim through the post office, filed one through paypals, and returned the comic to me with delvery confirmation so paypals would give him a refund. The problem is the NY post ofice gave him the insurance ticket and now the PO here in IN is refusing to file a claim since I don't have the ticket. The thing is I was asked to send the ticket to NY by the post master for the NY office and I didn't send the ticket directly to them I gave it to the post master at my local post office who sent it as an interdepartmental letter to them. I have a copy of the ticket but they say that's not good enough. Personally I think is was just a scam by the 2 post offices to deny the claim. I think the ticket was given to the buyer on purpous so I couldn't file. what legal options do I have?

during my c section the epidural stopped working and i was able to feel the operation and tried to get off operating table and had to have a full general anaethetic. i was diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder afterwards and had to have medication and counciling. i did however have the most perfect baby and so dont know if its right to sue!

my brother-in-law was arrested and used my husbond name. he got bonded out under my husbond name. once his figure prints came back they realized who he was after he got out. He has been on the run for 7 years and if my husbond gets pulled over his brothers name comes up and has to go down to the police station to give his finger prints. my question is how can we get his brother name off his recorde?

I applied for SSI and my claim was "Disapproved". I filed an appeal for reconsideration. I received a letter that I was appoved to see a doctor paid for by Social Security in order to determine whether I am disabled or not. Should I go to their doctor? Should I get a lawyer at this point?

anyone possibly disagree with this? They showed no remorse during the hearing, laughed after being sentenced and swore at the press. Anyone who can murder a young boy is sick, but they went beyond this and it took 3 of them. Anyone who kills an inncent person for no reason except for the colour of their skin should be shown no mercy and hung in front of any other foreign person in this country who feels like doing the same, an example must be made!

I am looking to purchase another firearm this time a Jericho 941 also known as the baby desert eagle 9mm... I am also looking to get a CPL to carry it... I was wondering tho... how much merit would a persons lies have if they were to say i pulled it on them and I had not... cuz they noticed the form of my shoulder holster.? please any help is appreciated... it is important for me to carry tho I just dont ever want to be in a situation where someones lies could land me in jail... i have never been arrested or accused of any crimes... just a normal upstanding citizen with some enemies that may kill me... thanks again.

Children were entrust to a male carer by wife without the husband's knowledge. While the wife was away, the carer took photos of nude kids during bath. Disk was found in wife bag by husband. Wife claimed it was taken unintentionally. Husband was very concerned and outraged as the children were unable to defend themselves. The wife and carer may have affair but without evidence. Can the disk content be used as proof to sue the carer?
