I was wondering if there are any other countries (other than the USA) that have a Bounty Hunting/Bail Enforcement system in place.
Or if any other countries ever had (but stopped/banned it) or thinking about developing one.

Bounty hunting is legal anywhere there are rewards for people. Perhaps your question is about the legality of killing people with rewards on their heads. I don't believe that such is legal in the USA or in a great many other countries. It legal in the US to kill if you feel that your life is threatened, even while pursuing a person with a reward on them, but you cannot act pre-emptively against them.

No, no, no. you've were given all of it incorrect. i imagine we could continually spare unlawful immigrants and cause them to legal. we could continually provide them the interest of searching down all those who ***** about how terrible this us of a is, how anybody is else is sitting residing house observing Oprah even as they're operating problematical, and how a lot they hate everybody else. This serves such a good number of applications, that is ridiculous.
