According to the news, Canandian police was at his house in hours and took possession of the child. Imagine that sexually abusing a pre-school child. Whgat is wrong with people who do things like that? What should be done with them?

My father told me that he would not subject our family to such a court hearing stating that they would try to defame my mother's death, (she died in a hospital due to staff negligence) yet I have found out that he indeed did go to trial, and did recieve a financial reward without my knowledge. He continues to deny this.

Am I entitled to some of this reward, and is he in violation of any laws?

Is humanity in the final steps of becoming into slavery? I can't believe this our rights and liberties are taken away with each day.
There are cameras any where you watching you.Engalnd has 4.2 million cameras,with speaker phones that can talk to you if you do something wrong. New cell phones and cars have GPS,track your movement any where your on a globe. New biometric ID cards that will replace medicare card,driver license,credit card and everything also. After that VeriChip will be introduced,it will be implanted in your right hand. Your movements will be watched all the time. If you won't have it you won't be able to buy or sell,so you willl be an outcast in society. All plans are already there. New LCD TVs have Camera cells in them,meaning your tv is like a camera for government to watch your house,dont believe me pick up Maximum PC magazine. Our phones and internet use are already listened to. Is it just me or is it seem that government soon will have complete control over us.

to my work place with me. my employer said that I should bring my medication with them so they can give it to me. first place they are not doctors they do not know when I had the medication and by giving it durning a seizure it would choke me for one thing cause you can't swollow it. The other thing it could drowned you and you can only take medicine through an iv or shots. now if I want to take it for myself that one thing not to give my employer permission to give me my medication? and I only take it every 12 hours anyway do you thing because of a possible lockdown of the school that I should take a few pills on hand so I would have it just in case? what do you think what are your feelings on this?

This is just a question arised in my mind, whether the law treats the Judge equally with all other citizens or not? If this is the case then, for my question, what kind of punishment is the Judge going to receive.

Or if this is not the case, how our law compensates with the life of an innocent person?

This is not only with respect to the Judge, but also with all those persons including the opponent defense, who made to happen such an incident. So my main concern is how our law treats the general people with the law makers and where it is different.

I am currently teaching in an environment that is stressing me out greatly. I am teaching in a subject I am not certified to teach in. My contract does not state a method for resignation. I was offered a job elsewhere and would like to pursue it, but need to accept it quickly. By law (if someone had a law background from NJ that would be great), can I just walk in and quit tomorrow? I basically ran my car into a dudes bike because he came out of nowhere from the side. He fell but got right back up before I could even get out of my car. He said he was alrigt and that his bike was not damaged. I kept offering him my number but he insisted he was alright and let me go.
I see him on myspace and message him if he was ok and that i was still sorry.

Apparently he had time to think about this, and replied that he realized he dislocated his finger and messed up his back and left ankle. But he doesnt want to go to the hospital. Then he asks me if I could lend him 500 dollars for a car n he'll pay me back.

If I could get him to admit on myspace or any other form such as a recorded convo that he was not realy injured by persuading him to tell the truth and I'll help pay the car, can I use this as evidence if he ever tried to sue?

And would it be a legitmate form of evidence that will strand strong during such a case?

a girl i use to hang with spent the nite at my house and asked if her boy friend could come over, i said yes and he brought some dude to my home in which did not know , iasked them to leave and they did. me and her left to got the store and came back 20mins later and the two guys were there i told her that i was very tired and exhuasted from not sleeping and work and asked her to tell her friends to leave every one got up to leave or so i thought ...i went to get in the tub and i did not lock the door due to my kids coming in and out this guy came in and tried to rape me as we fought he hit me several times i screamed for help many many timess but no one came he then tried to leave out i screamed call the police when i looked around for her she was on the porch and her boyfriend was in my bedroom sitting down i put him out again. now my cousin slapped her because he wanted to ask her boy friend questions; not fight him she said no she was not giving up any #s .

Im gay, and in school, there is this person who bullies me everyday because of my orientation. This time he went to far by stealing my fundraiser candy and eating it in front of the class while I was crying. I tell the teachers but they dont seem to care. I now feel I need to get the law involved by sueing him for commiting a hate crime. He has physically and mentally assaulted me. I need help because I feel so suicidal right now.
