I basically ran my car into a dudes bike because he came out of nowhere from the side. He fell but got right back up before I could even get out of my car. He said he was alrigt and that his bike was not damaged. I kept offering him my number but he insisted he was alright and let me go.
I see him on myspace and message him if he was ok and that i was still sorry.

Apparently he had time to think about this, and replied that he realized he dislocated his finger and messed up his back and left ankle. But he doesnt want to go to the hospital. Then he asks me if I could lend him 500 dollars for a car n he'll pay me back.

If I could get him to admit on myspace or any other form such as a recorded convo that he was not realy injured by persuading him to tell the truth and I'll help pay the car, can I use this as evidence if he ever tried to sue?

And would it be a legitmate form of evidence that will strand strong during such a case?

you might, but chances are that they may not accept it, but really you should contact a laywer, there's nothing here anyone can tell you to help, unless they are "your' laywer.

If you attempt to sue him or vice versa, the judge is going to ask to see an police report of the accident. When he or she discovers that a personal injury accident occurred and there was no police report made, you both (particularly you as the driver) could find yourself facing charges of failure to report an accident, and possibly with injuries. That the judge would have to determine. Where you went wrong was not notifying the police when you struck him, even though he said he was ok and then left. I had this happen several years ago. I was backing out at the same time as another individual and we hit each other. I wanted to call the base police (Military base) and the other driver said no and left. I made sure I had his license number and description of the car and then I notified a friend of mine who worked for the base police. He said if any reports came in, that I could file mine then, as I had made an attempt. They figure he was illegally on base or was driving without a license and was afraid to get caught. My point, is make sure you report it no matter what the other driver does. Get the license number, description and any witnesses who might be there.
If you think he is trying to scam you, contact a lawyer in your town or the County Attorney as they can advise you regarding your state laws. You don't need to tell them your name, just tell them what happened and what is going on now.

Good Luck

Myspace is admissible as evidence if you can prove that there was a crime or offense committed and can be used as evidence if credible and not altered.

YES, YOU CAN USE MYSPACE MESSAGES AS EVIDENCE AS LONG AS YOU MAKE YOU PRINT ALL OF YOU AND GUYS CORRESPONDENCE MESSAGES OUT ENSURING THAT IT HAS ALL THE DATES AND TIMES ON THERE. KEEP THESE FOR EVIDENCE JUST IN CASE HE MAY TRY TO TAKE YOU TO COURT LATER. I WATCH JUDGE MATTHIS, JOE BROWN, AND HATCHETT AND I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU ON THERE HAHA!!.

I HOPE THIS HELPS!!.
