The property is located in Oklahoma, and we need to add 3 children (grown) and a spouse to a deed. I am not sure which form that I need to purchase exactly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Quit Claim. If you are the sole property owner your name would be first on the deed as grantor to the other 4 people.

For example, John Smith, a single person, as grantor conveys property to John Smith, Jane Smith, Bill Smith, Homer Simpson and Eddie Gein, as grantees.

Depending on your state you may have to indicate marital status on the deed.
