Yes it will. Be sure and be honest in your answers. Most companies and even police departments can forgive youthful ignorance but not lying about it.

On a DMV report I would think not I believe it is 10 years. If you hold a CDL then that may be different but to the usual report I think your okay. Happy day.

Yes, if you weren't a juvenile, or under aged, i think now days that's under sixteen, not eighteen. But yeah, they look at everything, but if you didn't kill anyone during the DUI, it's not totally bad u know.

if you were over the age of 18 then yes they would release the infro.

it should not be on your record now. you can call the department of motor vehicles and find out if its on your record.
