Yes I do. As well as any other illegal drug. Cut the drug cartels balls off. There would most likely be no more usage than there is now. The crime rate would drop. The Jerks that are making tons of money would have to work for a living. It would take a great deal of corruptness out of law enforcement. Not as many young men would wind up dead. Not as many young women would end being prostitutes. It would be the undoing of many in very high places. So go for it.

I think that to legalize it is the best way to pull the rug right out from under the dealers and gangs, remove the profit motive and all the pushers will have to apply their considerable talents for business to more constructive efforts. The biggest anti- legalization supporters are those who profit either directly or trough payoffs and bribes. The big pharmecuetical firms don't like it either because it will never make them the big bucks that their patented medicines can. Then there are those who fall for all the propaganda from those sources and think it will suddenly be everywhere. Wake up. it already is, only it is unregulated and contaminated and instead of contributing to the tax base, it contributes to crime and poisonings and unnecessary incarceration of harmless kids.

Yes, leagalize it, look what it did for Amsterdam, when they legalized the use of marijuana, use dropped 40%. They say it is because it is no longer angainst the law so some people stop doing it.
Also the US government can not control it like they can control tobacco.

Yes. I find it to be the best way to relax and let go of everything that is bothering me. It should be as legal as alcoholic beverages are. It would bring in alot of needed revenue to the country, cut down on alot of court costs, lawyer fees, and cops sticking their noses into peoples private lives.

You bet. Though I don't use it (don't drink either).
I doubt that any recreational drugs will be legalized so long as the people who promulgate our laws are (some of them) making so very much money from the elevated prices that illegality causes.

sure. I dont have any problem with that. At the very least we should have decriminalization of it. The gov't spends millions upon millions and gobs of jail space for the evil marijuana, yet alcohol is on every street corner and it kills countless people every year through car accidents and health issues.

Yes. It was originally outawed on the grounds that using it led to the use of more dangerous drugs, but this argument is specious. (I have never used it myself and have no interest in doing so.)

Yeah....then those sob's in the legislature can stop taxing my cigarettes!!! Collect the tax on pot instead, and put a whole lotta criminals outta business....There are far more benefits than the downside, and people are gonna smoke it anyhow, like tobacco.

Yes. I am tired of paying for the incarceration of pot smokers. I could care less. Let them all out of jail and give me my money back. If they want to smoke pot, let 'em!
