This is just a question arised in my mind, whether the law treats the Judge equally with all other citizens or not? If this is the case then, for my question, what kind of punishment is the Judge going to receive.

Or if this is not the case, how our law compensates with the life of an innocent person?

This is not only with respect to the Judge, but also with all those persons including the opponent defense, who made to happen such an incident. So my main concern is how our law treats the general people with the law makers and where it is different.

Thank you very much for your patience for reading this question.
I really appreciate your wits.

The judge did not commit a crime. He did the job he was paid to do and did it in good faith.

The victim will have to seek compensation, usually through legal action.

THIS IS A GREAT QUESTION BECAUSE THIS IS SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED AND NOT SWEPT UNDER THE RUG.
WHEN THIS POOR MAN GOT SENTENCED TO DEATH EVERYONE WAS HAPPY AND READY TO TAKE THE CREDIT, TV SPOT, AND ALL THE PLUBLICITY THEY COULD MUSTER UP. BUT SINCE THEY PUT AN INNOCENT MAN ON DEATH ROW YOU CAN'T PAY THEM TO GIVE YOU AN INTERVIEW, THEY ARE RUNNING FROM THE CAMERAS AND NO ONE IS TRYING TO TAKE THE HITS FOR THIS F****UP.

I THINK THAT IF A PERSON IS RIGHT/WRONG THEY TAKE THEIR REWARDS/PUNISHMENT LIKE A MAN/WOMAN AND MOVE ON, JUDGES, AND COURT OFFICALS SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABILITY FOR PUTTING AN INNOCENT MAN TO DEATH.

I THINK THE JUDGE, AND DEFENSE ATTORNEYS ETC. WILL BE PUT OUT OF A JOB. THEY MAY HAVE TO GIVE A FORMAL APOLOGY TO THE DECEASED FAMILY, AND SOME RESTITUTION MAY BE MADE TO THE FAMILY BUT THE FAMILY HAS TO SPEAK OUT FOR THEIR LOVED ONE!!.

IF MR X WOULD'VE BEEN PUT TO DEATH THEN IT WAS TERRIBLE MISTAKE AND A TRAGIC LOST. IF MR X IS NOT DESEASED THEN HE SHOULD BE RELEASED SINCE HE WAS FOUND INNOCENT, HE WILL PROBALY GET SOME KIND OF MONETARY VALUE DEPENDING HOW LONG HE WAS INCARCERATED, A PUBLIC APOLOGY, 15 MINS OF FAME ON TV, AND HE MAY GET A WRITE UP IN A MAGAZINE.
.
PLEASE EMAIL ME AND KEEP ME INFORMED I WANT TO KNOW HOW IT TURNED OUT!!.

Judge can (almost) never be prosecuted for their decisions and rarely the state as well. There's a possibility, maybe, that civil action can be taken. They are going to take into account also how the defendent plead(sp?) the case. Also, did they file a habeus corpus?

The only recourse is a civil lawsuit brought on by his survivors. the prosecutor or judge or jury are not reprimanded unless they're shown to have hidden evidence that would have exhonorated the defendant or planted evidence that led to his guilty verdict and/or sentencing.
