Just because someone is gay. That is not their fault. They can not change that. Why should they have to suffer, and not be premitted to marry their lover, just because Republican politicians have interpeted the Bibile, a book written 4 thousand years ago with no relevence in this matter today, as saying it is wrong?

Shop lifting?
if you have a shoplifting record just for one offense, for about 25 dollars, and it happened about 4 years ago, what does that mean for your future, i know it will probably be on your record, but does it interfer with getting a job or anything like that?

My ex husband is in prison for a one time sale of crack to a dea. He has a mandatory 5 min. Though I have a different life outside his, we remain friends and I try to set him straight. We divorced because he was constantly stressed how to make money and when things went wrong he panicked and did something stupid.....his career was not drugs. He was an expert chef and great at construction. But mandatory min laws in NJ gave him 5 years when murder, rape and phedophilia has warranted less in many cases.....does anyone find this as horrible as I do? Don't get me wrong... I am near remarried and am not in love with him nor do I have a cross to bear...but I do not think this is fair nor want to be a tax payer paying for it.

What happens at this court? At this point I'm not working so there for I can't pay this debt, Will I be forced to get a job? Also is there any way that I could be arrested when I go to court? Please explain this to me. Thank you

I have a friend who is 17 yrs old and a senior in a private highschool. He is a very normal friendly person. He gets good grades and has already been accepted to a bunch of universities. He has an even nicer family care about about him and love him. About a month ago he was involved in a car accident while going to school in which in struck a senior man riding on road. I guess he was very scared so he kept driving to school. When i saw him at school before class started i noticed that he was very upset about something. At that point he was scared about what his parents were going to say about the damaged so he made a false police report saying that someone hit him in the parking lot. When he drove home a policeman pulled him over, and arrested him for hit-and-run. As he was putting the handcuffs on him the cop told him the guy he hit died immediatly. My friend is now charged with 2 felonies. I cant even explain in words how guilty he feels of what just happend.

Every Halloween she stands on her porch and yells at the trick-or-treaters passing by. She tells them that they're going to hell. She rambles on about how her family is superior because they're super religious.

He passed away in 1997 and my sister and I never got to see the will and was told that everything had been left to his wife of 5 years. This seems strange because this is not what we were told by him and my mother. He died in Texas but his residence was in Washington at the time of his death. Thank you for your time.

I have a criminal court case coming up. We have been thru the motions hearing. My defence is on hold pending the rulings of the Judge. Every calander call he confirms that upon getting to my case, he is ready to render his rulings.when the court does not call my case and it is bound over until the next court date, the Judge does not send down his rulings on my motions, without those rulings I am not sure which way I am need to proceed. I need his rulings so as to know how or what my defense will be. My indictment has been wrong three times. I don't really know on what charge I am going to be tried. I feel the Judge knows he must rule in my favor on all my motions, or most anyway. I think he is holding out hoping I will either grow tired of the constant nerve racking and just plea out, or to be rearrested on a new thing and these rulings won't matter. That ain't gonna happen.

AZ law gives landlords 14 business days after termination of a rental agreement to return a security deposit in full minus any repairs the landlord performed.

Today was the 20th day. They finally have my deposit in the office, but they want to charge me for repairs that weren't even mentioned during the move-out walkthrough as well as for the electricity that they used after we moved out (I had service disconnected on the day I handed over the keys.). I asked to see receipts as verification that the charges are valid, and the manager took both the check and the itemization away from me and told me that she'd "call me" because she didn't have them then. She refused to give me a copy of the itemization. Also, the amount that they are claiming that I paid as a security deposit is $151 less than what I actually paid.
