To be honest, I am not sure what you are asking since there are spelling errors in your question.

However I will answer.

In the jurisdiction were my husband works, there is citizens complaint department. Anyone who feels they have a complain are welcome to file a complaint against an officer. The complaint is investigated. The general public is reminded of this often by the media.

If the complaint is found as being valid, the officer is disciplined.

It is also called a citizen's review board.

If a officer is arrested then he can be put on administrative leave by the chief or suspended pending outcome of trial.

If found guilt, the officer can be sentenced to prison. In our state if a former officer is sentenced to prison, then he/she does time in prison.
