In CA. can CHILD SUPPORT suppend you DRIVER LICESENE?

well it was said that legal they aren't suppose to suppend a person driver licesene for back child support,word is that there is form a person can fill out and get their D/L' reinstated

yes they can and dmv will not reinstate it without the OK of the DA's office.

Never heard of this before..I'd say no they can't do it 4 back child support how do they expect U 2 pay if U can't drive 2 work

Yes, they can suspend your lisence. That's idiotic because how are you supposed to get to work to make money to pay your child support.
