I have a criminal court case coming up. We have been thru the motions hearing. My defence is on hold pending the rulings of the Judge. Every calander call he confirms that upon getting to my case, he is ready to render his rulings.when the court does not call my case and it is bound over until the next court date, the Judge does not send down his rulings on my motions, without those rulings I am not sure which way I am need to proceed. I need his rulings so as to know how or what my defense will be. My indictment has been wrong three times. I don't really know on what charge I am going to be tried. I feel the Judge knows he must rule in my favor on all my motions, or most anyway. I think he is holding out hoping I will either grow tired of the constant nerve racking and just plea out, or to be rearrested on a new thing and these rulings won't matter. That ain't gonna happen.

Check with your local rules (State/County) the court has the rules that Judges must (usually) follow for the public to review. I know its a pain to research things that are foreign, especially if you are not a lawyer specializing in these matters. The sad but true thing is that even most lawyers have no clue as to what is going on. The take the clients money and then go do the homework. When they tire of doing the homework, they ask the client for more money... With No Guarantee of Results!

Not a lawyer here, by any means.

However, confess your sins and serve your time. If you did something wrong, pay the price and be over with it!

The judge can do whatever they want in this sort of case which is usually based on what the Cops want. You can play it out or you can do what's right and sign in!

If you are truely innocent, ride the wave and prove it to the court!

Get yourself the best lawyer you can afford!
