Was arrested for forgery and was held on a 72-hour investigative hold. Prosecuter has 72 hours to charge me with the crime. I was released 72 hours later and was not charged. Was wondering if they can still come after me and charge me later or if that's the end of things.

What recourse of action can someone take? I've heard that more than once, when I get pushed, I push back? Any advice? (Other than, you'll just have to take it) Any advice from immature to mature, legal or otherwise...?

Placing people in prison for 20 years because they have some ganga or heroin... ridiculous! Let everyone control their own body.

A gun is a tool. It doesn't wisper things in your ear. It doesn't walk down the street shooting people. If you don't touch it, it will stay where it is until it breaks down into dust. Still people want to make more laws to ban guns. Then they say that the new law will stop gun crime. How many law abiding criminals have you ever met? Only the law abiding citizen obeys the law and they are the victoms, not the criminal.

A guy has the cell phone which was stolen from me, but he won't return it unless I pay him what he paid for the phone. The police department is closed right now, so I can't call them for help. If I set up a meeting with this guy to get my phone back, can I THEN legally call 911 to report a crime in progress (i.e. he is trying to 'sell' me my own stolen phone)? Or would I get in trouble for setting him up?

New Federal Law—Springing Forward in March, Back in November

Months after Indiana passed the law that got it in step with the rest of the country, the federal government announced a major change in Daylight Saving Time. In Aug. 2005, Congress passed an energy bill that included extending Daylight Saving Time by about a month. Beginning in 2007, DST will start the second Sunday of March and end on the first Sunday of November.

People on alert say:

"The budget says the US debt is $8.2 trillion but today it is more than $66 trillion. That includes the money that is supposed to be put away for Social Security and Medicare and isn’t.

It took America 204 years to accumulate $1 trillion in debt – now that is incurred every 18-months.

The number of workers filing for unemployment went from 10,000 to 312,000 last quarter

Forty-eight percent of individuals in families earning from $35,000 to $50,000 have very serious problems paying medical bills.

The latest terrorist incident is a setup to condition the public. This is pure psywar, psychological warfare, to prepare the pubic of America and Europe for the pending invasion of Syria and Iran. The main objective in this timeframe is to get the incumbents and Republicans reelected in the US in order to solidify the Middle East bloc of nations, control their oil, out-flank Russia and China and to bring about a corporatist fascist dictatorship in America.

I don't need alot of the goverments big long boring explanation on each laws and how its turn into a law. Just a short simply understanding of why we have it.Some may makes sences others may not. If it has to be in a kids friendly way. That's o.k. too. I'm just curious. I know about the bicycle helmet law and what its for(to protects our noddles..lol.. ;-) and then there is a more serious one like you can't be marry to more than one person at a time.Which I thinks the guys hate that one..lol..

Here's a scenario: You are a farmer. You work very hard to raise your crops so you can feed your family and make a little money. One day, I decided that it is easiest for me if I just go to your field and take however much of your crops that I want, regardless of what the effect it has on you or your family. How do you stop this? If you call they police, they will have to use violence to stop me. If you wait in your field at night, hoping to stop me, you will have to use violence. How do you stop me?
