you cant just say its vandalism because it is ugly.
define vandalism before u say that.

you did vandalize bcause you made the tree ugly by manmade means which is also littering soyes it technically is illegal

Yes - littering is illegal.
And have you tried to get wet tp out of a tree or off of something? That alone should be the punishment for the little dorks that think it's funny to tp something. That or throwing tp is as good as the threat of violence, and the homeowner can kill them.
Your life must be pretty sad, my friend, if your kicks come from something you wipe your @$$ with. . . Very sad indeed.
