legal if its only small group and you're not charging, meaning you're doing a charity. illegal if you're charging and you're not registered for tuition. even if you've paid the community centres for their rooms, you still need to register with an agency.

I believe not but it is advisable to check with the staff over there. I believe you may need to rent a room for you to conduct tuition.

You can source for other option like conducting it in your house, library (Smaller group)and places where you could book a small room for tuition

probably not. maybe give a token sum to the community centre? the best is really to check with them.

If your house is not an option, then you might want to consider a less crowded fast food joint. or a hdb void deck.
