What recourse of action can someone take? I've heard that more than once, when I get pushed, I push back? Any advice? (Other than, you'll just have to take it) Any advice from immature to mature, legal or otherwise...?

Why are you screwed? What happened that would provoke someone to say that to you?

As law goes, NOTHING and I mean NOTHING is written in stone.

Depends on how they mean it to me its the same as saying "you're damned if you do damned if you don't" its like saying tough luck if you have a good argument fight back if not back down.

its all not worth itr babe honestly i almost just went to jail a long time six to nine months and nothin is worth losing that mucch life over a figfht just walk on

does it really matter when someone says that. It shouldn't it's just their opinion.
