I have properly filed out many rebated and received my money. Lately a few from CompUSA seems to either mysteriously loose my rebate or refuse to send me my money. It's not the money that makes me angry, it’s the fact that they can just refuse to send your money. Can you please point me in the right direction? Trust me I am right about I properly filed out and mailed in my rebates.

I've noticed that people who correct others for not useing the "exact" wording when they speak, instead of on the subject at hand, have had a lot of "TIME" to read that dictionary. Of course they will correct others to get off of the subject. Hmmmm

Has anyone filed an MSPB appeal to recover their federal job after being wrongly terminated? I am in this situation now. I am reluctant to hire an attorney as they are expensive and often shifty or likely to take my money and provide little or no service. (My apologies to any scrupulous attorneys reading this) What is your experience with this process? Thanks a lot.

My husband left me three weeks ago because he can't deal with his mental illness and childhood abuse. I just relocated for his military career. Now he is going to file for divorce. I don't want one though. How can I fight it? How long will it drag out? How much money will that cost me? Thanks.

My friend moved from California to Connecticut and her ex-boyfriend works at her former place of employment. He told her that he had her check and she asked him to place mail it to her house (they aren't on speaking terms...) A few days pass and nothing happens and he still hasn't sent it out yet. She called the place she worked and they said they'd cut her a new one and mail it to her. And that was a few weeks ago and they still haven't. And they don't call her back when she's had to leave messages. Also, they didn't do anything about her crazy ex-boyfriend taking her check. She told them that she did not give him permission to have it... and now he has her SS number... so I was just wondering if she's got a case there or not.... it's a five star restaurant that probably makes millions a year... haha

Anyone who pays taxes already pays for their children to go to school. It is required that children under age 18 to be enrolled either in public, private, or home school. I understand and agree that some people don't want their children to be taught religion in schools yet at the same time I understand why others want God in all aspects of their life, yet as it stands now those who want God in all aspects in their life have to either pay to home school or send their children to private schools on top of already paying for the public schools via taxes. I understand there is talk about the federal money given to schools could go where the child goes. Also there are disctricts with different types of schools, ie. arts, science, and others who not only teach the ABC's but certain other disciplines. Why can't we also provide to the public schools system schools that teach religion as well. Money would follow each child and parent's still get what they want without imposing their views

The pope has made certain comments about Mohammed today that have ignited a firestorm in the Islamic world.

Though one cannot say for certain, it is quite likely that Christian blood will be spilled in days to come.

There is a Catholic doctrine that the pope is infallible-at least when he speaks "ex cathedra." If lives were to be lost as a result of his comments, would you consider that doctrine to be still valid? More important, would you consider his moral authority to remain unscathed as a result?

To protect the company in case someone has an accident and sues us, we're not sure whether to purchase travel agents liability insurance or some other kind.

Saying that just because a person "thinks" about having sex with an innocent child, doesn't make them a pedophile,
is like saying, just because he robbed a bank, doesn't mean he's a bank robber. YES he is.
