In most states, as long as the name is a sufficient identifier, yes.

Some states will require you to justify your choice, often before a judge. But absent specific state rules, many choices are fair game.

You can use any name you want as long as you aren't out to defraud anyone! I imagine the one name would be your first and last, like Prince, or what ever he changed his named to!

Yes many people have only one name they are known by... it is highly improbable that a judge will not allow it..
