Hanging, Gas Chamber, Firing Squad, Electrocution, or Lethal Injection? It looks as if the firing squad would be the cheapest, as it would only require the use of 4-5 rifles and a few bullets compared with the medical equipment required for a lethal injection.

Is consumer perception the reality, and is this some sort of conspiracy by Bush and the Republican party to subliminally undermine the integrity of the upcoming elections?

My scars are fading..but you can still tell what they are from (from the patter they leave) and I'm really worried that I won't be able to be hired! And if I do get hired I'm worried that I'll get fired because of my scars!

Is that even LEGAL? To get fired after hiring because of scars??

HELP!

Oh, and do scar removal lotions work?

Why are women forced to use lesser restroom facilities on account of sex? (they aren't allowed to have urinals in them, and men are). Isn't this unconstitutional?

congress passed Military Commission bill, S. 3930 yesterday, which has one provison in which Bush pardons himself and other government officals for any war crimes that may have been commited since 9/11. can the president legally pardon himself? and if so, it does raise some ethical questions.

Amnesty International continues to "condemn", as if they were the ones to decide, America's treatment of terrorists, along with a lot of other countries, including Pakistan. Why don't they condemn terrorist's treatment of their hostages? These liberals need to get with the mainstream! Look at the public dialogue, we know that we can't treat terrorists like other people, they don't have the same "human rights". All over the world the standard is to treat terrorists differently from other criminals or enemies, because they're just more dangerous and you can't reason with them. And now congress has approved their own law saying the same. I hope they start using military tribunals for gang members too! Who does Amnesty International think they are? Why do these liberals coddle terrorists?

Currently in a legal dispute regarding a will.
We fired our lawyer (who was also the person who made up the will in question) and hired a new lawyer.

Suddenly, our old, scorned lawyer comes forth for the opposition claiming he did not create the will correctly as there was no witness in the room at the time of signing. So the will is null and void.

I've also been told that we cannot sue for malpractice as the only one who can is the deceased.

The entire thing sounds so fishy to me. Can this be true?

Thanks!

If anyone is a lawer or have a well understanding of american law. I see in the news about some kid shooting a school for instance and then he's say 14 or so and is going to be charged as an adult, life in jail etc. Yet if that same kid had sex with someone age 21; that person is subject to rape charges because he's a minor. i'm just curious, it seems the legal system gets it both ways? i'm all for the justice system cracking down on law breakers and i'm not saying it should or should not be ok but i'm just wondering because it seems a little strange.

In court , a young teen on trial always gets a case where they TRY to get them trialed as an adult(which usually does happen). I mean, other laws concerning age restrictions have NO exceptions or leaneancy and have severe consequences for violating them. If these age restriction laws are so serious why do people with offical power always change them to there will, are they just old and bitter ? Dont you think its wrong for them to "bend" the law just bcuz they want to.

And why do some states not have the death penalty?

This idiot kid that shot and killed his principal needs a speedy trial (like on Monday), and a public hanging on Tuesday. Sorry...that's just how I feel.
