I am a professional in PA and when I recently applied for a new job, my crim check report came back with another person's charges on it. I have had a DUI from 1990 and this all resolved and I am honest about it when I interview. Imagine my surprise and embarrassment when my report came back with a lot of other charges on it- a woman with the same name as me but in another part of the state. I went to the State Rep's office as well as the State Police. I also was in touch with the FTC and they basically indicated that I might have a case for lawsuit. What a mess! I was told this is not that uncommon anymore.

Here were I live in Valley Park MO. They are running all the Mexicans out. And anyone that does not speak english. This is not right. Alot of the Mexicans pay taxes and have a right to live were they want. Some of them come over on visas and have legal licens and s.s. numbers, but just didn't go back when their visas expired, but they do pay taxes. Now here in St. Louis MO they are trying to run them all out. They all have a right to make a living for their families which they can't do in Mexico. This is discraminition and against our freedom of speach.

I know someone who has died unexpectedly in the hospital, because I was there and are related to the patient I had to sign the hospital papers because the patient was not able to, The patient died, I was told the hospital will come after me and try to sue for the money for the hospital bill for the 2 day stay and care from the patient, Can I be held responsible the bill, I am not the overseer or gaurdian of the patient who has died, Will and can I be sued for hospital payment because I had to sign the papers of responsibilty of payment? Do they have the right to come after me for someone elses hopital bill?

Do you think that it would be a better system leading to true justice if defence and prosecuting attorney were elimanated in the judicial sysetm. In their place ther could be something like a unbiased fact finding panel to collect evidence and then presented to a jury. We have many example of people being excuted because of poor defence attorneys or by crooket proscetors. And also example of guilty people going free (O.J. Simpson ) because of schrewed defence attorneys.

Very often I hear Israelis or other Jews making the arguement that "without the USA, Israel would have not existed", or even that "without Israel, Jews have no future" (which is obviously redicules). I agree that US presidents such as LB Johnson and Nickson provided a great help fior Israel during wars which were imposed uppon it. But as for today, Israel's "special relationship" with The Father, The Son and Peyronie's Disease only makes different people around the world ask themselves what is the purpose of the existanse of a puppet state of today's USA, which allows itself things its media condemns whenever Eastern European or Third World countries do.

Tell me... If the illegals here, were to get amnesty... And say I drove 120 down the road.. and got pulled over, and slapped the 14th Ammendment in his face... and then a copy of the U.S. Constitution...

Then went to court, and pleaded guilty-- but then requested amnesty and a trial by jury....

What would happen? Cus I'm really thinking about doing this.. The government is really making me mad by not doing anything about it-- and letting these criminals get by...and practically be awarded with federal programs they have no right to....

I am a USMC disabled veteran.. And I will not allow my country be stomped on by a bunch of jack***'s in office!

I am sueing my ex wife and have recorded phone calls. I need to know the where in the Indiana code I can find where it is legal for me to do so. Indiana is a first person state(one person in the conversation has to know it was being recorded) and the exact legal number will come in handy.

I have a question regarding divorce. Michigan is a no fault state, right? So since this is true, if a live in girlfriend attends a court date for a show cause against her boyfriend for spousal support, will this have an effect on anything? Would it be in her boyfriends best interest for her to stay at home? Soon to be ex wife is aware the girlfriend lives with her soon to be ex husband, her attorney knows as well but unsure if the Judge knows. Thanks!!!

MY daughters son ran up a 900 dollar long distance phone bill be for he left to go to his dads. Now my understanding that if you pay the portion marked by a * next to the local portion the phone company can't turn off your phone if you are a disabled household.. The phone is on life line and is needed for medicial emergencys. Although they can stop the long distance service they can't cut off the 800 numbers.... Is this correct... note this is a low income household and there is no intent to not pay off the long distance bill over time............... This is a small town phone company with an 8 mi radius around town.

Law in Ohio says that you have to be at least 21 to buy guns. Law in Pennsylvania says that you only have to be 18 to buy guns. If an 18 year old in Ohio went to Pennsylvania and bought a gun could he legally bring it back to Ohio. Technically they wouldn't have bought the gun in Ohio and there are no age restrictions in Ohio on gun possession. Only purchasing laws. Would the Pennsylvania gun dealer even sell the gun to the person who is 18 with the knowledge that they are 18 and live in Ohio?

Well at work a girl pulled out a knife on me ,and threatned to cut me ,and punch me in my face. The manager sat there ,and allowed this to go about but then when i got enraged after telling the managers about this incident many times about how she disrespect me one manager watches while she waves a knife in my face ,and soon as i start like are you going to cut me or punch me then do it...It's like a small walk way i brushed up on her ,and they call it physical intended contact. i am not too angry with getting fired because I must focus on school ,but they terminated both of us. Will they have to pay me...F.Y.I I am 17 ,and I work at Arbys. well i was a former employee...I think I was not in the wrong when a 27 year old woman has been harassing me for 2months ,and I have complained ,and she waves a nice loosley in my face. The manager said separation papers will be ready tommorow. Do you think they will have to pay me not only this pay ,but for more weeks. I live in Georgia also.
