Law in Ohio says that you have to be at least 21 to buy guns. Law in Pennsylvania says that you only have to be 18 to buy guns. If an 18 year old in Ohio went to Pennsylvania and bought a gun could he legally bring it back to Ohio. Technically they wouldn't have bought the gun in Ohio and there are no age restrictions in Ohio on gun possession. Only purchasing laws. Would the Pennsylvania gun dealer even sell the gun to the person who is 18 with the knowledge that they are 18 and live in Ohio?

No! You cannot buy a gun in a state you don't reside in. You can usually sell long arms (shotguns & rifles) out of state, though.

We are not going to help you pull off this crime. I am sure there are laws about transporting guns across state lines.
