Fair administration of justice means that the decision of the court is supported by evidence proving the crime charged beyond reasonable doubt in criminal cases while in the civil cases was, the decision was taken from the preponderance of evidence presented.
Contempt means that a party to a case did not obey the lawful orders of the court or acted not within the procedures while inside the courtroom.
