i moved into this home last fall..along with my kids. Soon after moving in I noticed we were getting awefully sick, quite a bit, especially my 1 yr old. he was coughing so much the doctors put him on a nebulizer at home. I noticed that mold was growing in the bathroom, in the walls, all inside the fixtures. I have complained many of times to the landlord, he tells me he'll get something done about it but never gets back to me on it. Both the small children are coughing constantly now..the house has an aweful odor coming from the bathroom and basement. i dread colder weather, meaning I have to shut the windows up. Is there any kind of law that says he has to fix problems like that, seeings that in the lease we aren't suppose to attempt to change anything about the house..(he wants the old to stay). My kids sometimes cough so much, they gag themselves to puke. I've taken pictures of the bathroom to show how bad it is.

Given that councils refer to rubbish left out to be collected as the property of the owner....would they not then require a search warrant to sift said rubbish for ID addresses and info ect ect?

In certain parts of the world older men can marry young girls.... My question:
How do you know that its a bad thing for this older man to marry this young girl? Do you not respect the culture of another race of people inhabiting this big planet? How can you dictate rules for someone you don't even know, and how do you know that your dictated rules are appropriate and accurate for a people and society you have never lived with?? Do you think that your mind could be so clouded by the sexual aspect of old marrying young that you make insensitive judgemental decisions? What if the old man wasn't having sex and just had a need for her to work the farm? Why does the WEST constantly push its ideology and civilty on a people they know nothing about?

we have a cricket team which was running from the past 25 yrs. I am the secretary of the club. Our president of the club is a parish priest who we said will be a default hon president. we never had any issues till recently when a new priest came. he wanted to change the whole committee with no election for which we rejected. he proceeded with the same, we objectet but he ignored. we approached the lower court for an injunction, instead of responding to the notice he filed for injunction in the higher court by over valueing the suite. anyway their got an ex party injunction. Later we argued before the lower court and the case was tranfered to the senior court and the cases were put under 1 case. on 23-07-2006 we argued in the senior court and the judge pronunced the orders by dismissing 3 cases out of 5(both the parties injuction were dismised) he pronounced a status quo in the interest of the cricket players. What does this mean or from what day does status quo take effect ?

If you were accused of a crime that you did not commit, but you did not have a good alibi.

The prosecutor offers you probation, and tells you that if you take it to trial and lose, you will go to prison for 10 years.

Would you plead guilty and take the probabtion to get out of jail, but have a felony on your record, or would you take it to trial to clear your name and risk going to prison if you lose?

Think about it. Lawbreakers know that they are doing wrong and must be punished. They get a home with utilities paid and have so many luxeries that many of us taxpayers do not have. Theses people broke the law, some murdered, kidnapped, raped, and tourchered innocent fathers, mothers, grandmas, and innocent children and babies. They sold drugs to our children, broke into our homes and made us feel so violated, and broke the law in so many other ways. Why should these people be treated as equals in our society?

( need to know)

If a person dies intestate (without a will), his estate may be subject
to administration; i.e., a court may intervene to pay any debts and distribute any remaining assets between his next of kin. However, if he dies without any debts, administration may not be required. What is the law in the State of California?
