This is a subject that is close to my heart, I have read the books, watched the movies, and talked to many people that have studied the case. In my opinion they are 100% innocent.

Wisconsin has a website where you can type in a person's name and see if they have any charges against them...anywhere from simple traffic stops to bankruptcy/foreclosures. I'm looking for something similar with California. Please help! Thanks.

Hi, Well I became friends with my neighbors,but we had a fall out because I told the mother about how her daughter was talking about hurting her self, and because the daughter wasjelouse that I had found a boyfriend. I still wanted to be there friends, they didn't. Well here is the problem, they have been yelling and harassing my family who recently began renting my home. Saying things about my oldest brother who has a slight disability, and talking about me when I am there. The latest thing is the Human feces (poop) that is being left in my yard, thrown at my house and left on the porch. We dont know if it is the mother, or the 15 year old girl doing it. So what should we do, my boyfriend a criminal justice major told us to call the police, so we called the police they said we had to have proof that it was them doing it. any help would be appriciated.

Ok a few months ago I let my manager know that I was in an abusive relationship and that I was planning on leaving my partner, Last week the guy head butted me and left a huge egg on my forhead, I called my manager to let him know what had happened and that I left him but I want to switch my shift so that way he has no way of contacting me and know way of knowing when I am working, come to find out this manager went and told 3 co- workers of mine the situation, and maybe more????

the two Israeli soldiers captured NOT "kidnapped" were caught and apprehended inside Lebanese territory , Israel can not be trusted.

Isn't it a war crime to murder innocent Lebanese civilians and totally ruin the nations infrastructure for the sake of two flea bitten child killers from the IDF ?

my niece is 10 years old and her father hasnever been in her life the only time she has ever seen him it was when she was 6. the only reason she saw him then is because her mom tracked him down and told her that she wanted to see him for her birthday. from then on she can not find him. she has never recieved child support before because she has never tried but now my sister in law is in need for some help. the question is,Is there a chance that he will recieve visitation if she orders child support on him. is ther a law saying that since it has been so many years he has abandoned her?

Is it possible to adopt an "emancipated" teenager, age 16/17? The law states that the emancipation is "irrevocable," but is that for just the parents, or for anyone wanting to adopt the teen? Both the teen in question ( my grand daughter ) and I live in the State of North Carolina.

Anyone with any actual knowledge and/or experience with this issue is welcome to comment, but I'm particularly interested in what the lawyers have to say.

there was a judgement against a person 7 years ago for money owed it was never paid 2 years ago there was an agreement regarding money owed half paid then and the other half paid off within a year the second half has never been paid this person is now threatening to go to a lawyer how long does this person have to bring a lawsuit

please give me the amount either in your state or your own opinion of what low income is ( expample my family makes 19,000.00 a year in my house family of 5 ) i also know others that make lower than that. people on SSI disability, retired by force, fixed income so what is yor answer to the low income amount?

A perpetrator of mortgage fraud has attained a temporary anti-harassment order against the victim in this case. Will this be dismissed? What can be done about the alleged criminal making false statements to attain the temorary order? How does one contest an order? Can it be done without appearing if victim is afraid to appear and face the perpetrator?

I filed for protection under ADA due to a chronic disease. Since then, I have been harassed and discriminated against at work. Now, my empolyer wants me to sign a release allowing them to send me to a counsler. I put a notation on the document that the true reason for this release request was not due to medical reason, but as a further form of harassment and discrimination. I've been told if I do not sign another document without anything but my signature and date, I'll lose my job. The form had a section on it marked "comments".

Does the Dad still have to pay child support (Canada) even though that would mean financial ruin for him?

The mother has totally alienated the kids from the dad. They don't live far away from us (My daughter and I live with the dad in question here) but they very rarely come over and NEVER for the night anymore. They are 16 and 15. The exwife is now after several years of saying she doesn't need the money and not enforcing the original agreement (made about 10 years ago) is now going after back pay AND $600/month. There is absolutely no way he can pay anything as we both live paycheck-to-paycheck. How will this be enforced if he loses the court battle?
We don't own our home.
He has 2 cars; an 84 I drive and a 2003 which he pays on monthly (he just got it this year). We both have credit card debt about $10,000 each and can barely pay the monthly minimum

Recent mail servers on the Yahoo network have been extremely slow or not accessable. Is this a result of NSA's un warranted spying on US citizens? Is yahoo turning over records to the NSA or other government agency without a warrant?
