Trade marks, company names and patents etc. must be registered to be enforced. A name registered in Arizona may not be enforceable in California.

if you are registered as a legit business then report them but they could be out of state or country and personally im not sure how the laws work in that case but im pretty sure aslong as they arent in your county or district most likely not much you can do...id contact a lawyer if it is that big of a concern..

You will have to sue them to get them to stop.
Police will not do it for you.
