Recent mail servers on the Yahoo network have been extremely slow or not accessable. Is this a result of NSA's un warranted spying on US citizens? Is yahoo turning over records to the NSA or other government agency without a warrant?

You should know by now that there was never a warrant needed for any kind of communications system. With this administation assume there is no privacy but if you don't like that you can go have a word with Bush and make him understand. While you're there ask him about the whole security policy and why he thinks there's evil doers in everyone's home.
