Yes
Not sure there is such a thing as a best terrrorist but if you mean is he the best at killing 100,000s of innocent ppl while convincing his blind followers he has a good reason then absolutely.
Funny how ppl forget that Al Queda is led by B. Laden whom we paid and gave weapons to in Afghanistan to fight against Russia.

Yesterday Texas, today Washington, tomorrow the world. With Bush family business back home in the US presidency, it now moves, in the form of the father, to the apex of global finance. The Carlyle Group defines the next phase of power: a Washington-based private equity fund with a difference. It is headed by Frank Carlucci, former CIA director and defense secretary under Ronald Reagan and lifelong friend of George Bush Sr. Bush (also once director of the CIA) sits next to Carlucci on the board with a portfolio specialising in Asia and does not hesitate to communicate with his son on concerns of regional relevance to Carlyle such as Afghanistan or the Pacific Rim. Bush Jr was once chairman of a Carlyle subsidiary making in-flight food.
On 11 September, while Al-Qaeda's planes slammed into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, the Carlyle Group hosted a conference at a Washington hotel. Among the guests of honour was a valued investor: Shafig bin Laden, brother to Osama.
Not all families take the view of one family member, but they have done nothing to appease the U.S. in regard to handing over Osama.
The way I see it is that Bush Jr., and Bush Sr., may not be terrorists, but they are certainly in bed with them.

Definitely a terrorist, probabilities of being the leader of any group involved in terrorism other than the "United States" government, slim to none.
I sure as hell am afraid of him. But I have faith that the generations coming up will not stand for the sound bite politics we have been fed all these years.
Stand up and be counted in each and every election, make your voice heard, question those in authority, it is still "We the People" right???? Let the politrickcians know we have had enough of their b.s. - democrat and republican - there are dirty players on each and every team. Weed them out!!!
Your great grandchildren will thank you - just as we thank and honor those who made changes back in the day - we do enjoy certain freedoms because of our elders.

I think you should visit Israel or do a tour of duty in Iraq to see what real terrorists look like. When you are going to grow up and quit being a punk?
