You failed to pay because you quit work, went into labor, had emergency c-section, then got all tied up with baby/motherly duties and so the fines didnt get paid after making the payment plan is their a way to set up payments again?? Or is it going to be one of those pay all, or go to jail??What do you think?/ The tickets are in Arlington Texas!!

The tickets are warrants now. Im a fugitive now because i did'nt inspect my car ontime due to a egr valve.

I went through something similar, different circumstances, but was unable to pay my pre-arranged payments. The courts are more than willing to work with you especially if you contact them first. You can also petition the court to quash your warrant. Its really easy to do, you just need to do it as soon as possible. Congratulations on the new baby! I know that;s stressful enought without the worry of the traffic problems, so just take the time to take care of it, so you can relax and enjoy your baby.
