I am trying to find out why I should be interested... I mean I am... but I just can't put into words why... I want to know other people's reasons... I mean mine is in part the fact that just a little line in one law can save a person's life from death penalty... the whole what is a reasonable doubt and how do you prove something beyond it... Oh there is so much... but I want to know why other people are!! If there are any lawyers reading this... if I could contact you and talk to you through e-mail that would be great!!! I realyl need to figure out how to put my interest into words. but I want to find out other people's too!

Its getting old and this is the internet anyway. Your not suppose to be completly gramatical anyway.

I have a problem and I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. Here is my problem: I'm tring to get my daughter's shot recorders from the doctor's office that I use to go to. Which now I've changed doctor's and I was tring to get the recorders from the old doctor so I could give them to the new doctor. But the problem is my old doctor will not give them too me because I have a bill with them still. I don't see why they can't give them too me. Isn't it illegal to with out that information? I mean my faughter is only going to be a year old and I need to shot recorders from my old doctor and they won't give them too me. And I've always thought that it was illegal to with out information from some one. I live in Philadelphia, PA if that help anyone to answer my question better. I really need some advice on what to do. I really don't want to get involved with a lawyer and all. Thanks.

Do you think corporal punishment should be re introduced in the UK, for Murderers, Christians and Paedophiles.

It's about time we got our priorities right and formed a country that can live in peace and harmony with each other.

Rather than be under threat from weirdo's out there.

The agency has changed everything about the lease like; when rent is due, how much the late payments will be. Where the landlord use to do yard work, now the responsibility is placed on the tenants. They also stated in the notice of change that they can enter at any time without any prior notice. Please inform me of my rights or let me know of some websites I can visit to obtain this information.

Comment: Illegal use of foreign intellectual property was a common business during the Soviet time; not much has changed since then despite economical reforms in Russia. Plagiarists are now as before re-writing and publishing under their names professional manuals and handbooks. Piracy of software is seen as normal business.

Not Pushkin am I, neither Poe,
So great is not my fame.
I am a humble Russian poet,
S. Jargin is my name.

To plagiarize is worse than steal
We love the Copyright,
And by quotations we reveal
The source from which we write.

Great Bear is roaring in morass
And rising up upright,
Reminding Russian writers must
Respect the Copyright.

The Wolf is howling in the wood,
His dreams have flown before –
Deploring that Red Riding Hood
Will eat he – nevermore!

And just alike the fraudster should
Forget his hope and lore
That his unfair practice would
Bring profit – nevermore!

This a bit of new I read today :
Elms was jailed for life at the Old Bailey in March 1996 for raping a teenager at knifepoint. He previously served a four-year sentence for indecently assaulting a 15-year-old schoolgirl

There is no way a rapist should be allowed to rape someone, get just 4 years in prison, get out and then rape more people.
I think the justice system in this country (Wales) and probably many other countries is way way too soft. Surley crimes of this seriousness sould contain punishments that stop these people ever being able to reoffend. Maybe even they should be sentenced to death on their second (or maybe even first) offence. They can't possibly argue that they didn't know it was wrong. Everyone at that age knows rape is wrong.
My question quite simply is :
Is the law way too soft on criminals, and should it be allowed to be much much harder on serious offenders.

I keep getting letters and faxes from some poor family that wants me to help transfer money for them. Do you think that if I do I will be helping economicly the poor and disadvantaged people of Africa? They say I can profit from the transfer too, but that is not my main interest. They are from Nigeria and South Africa. Big family i guess.
