You should go to the IRS website and call the number found there.
And what kind of scumbags are in your face about doing the right thing? We have to pay taxes, because it is the law and our responsibility; so should everyone else. And if they cheat, they should pay the consequences. Know you're working as a force of good and ignore the idiots who espouse illegality and support it.
Good citizens support law and order and the society we live in. If something is wrong in that society, be an agent of change, don't do illegal things and then whine when you get caught.
Don't ever be afraid of bad people when you do the right thing. Intimidation on their part should never sway you from following the right and legal course of action.

There is a reward system where as you get a certain percentage of what is owed.. You might call the IRS and get the 800 number... You do not have to give your name.. They will give you a code number to contact them by. Good Luck.

I would visit their website and look for a number to call or some such. I think you had better be sure about what you are doing, because you could be subpoenaed.
