After all, diabetes, heart disease, and other health issues related to obesity are costing the American public untold amounts of money each year. We are paying through the nose to dole out medical care to the uninsured. And even those that are insured cost the system by raising insurance rates.

This is the same logic used to make seat belts and motorcycle helmets mandatory, as well as some efforts to ban smoking all together (I'm not talking about second hand smoke).

Does it make sense? If so, where will it end?

My ex and I are legally seperated and in the seperation papers it states "The children will remain with mom, and dad will have generous visitation rights"
Does this mean I have full custody? Or do I have to file for full Custody? If I moved out of provience, would that be o.k? Or what do I have to do first in order to be able move?

The thing is maybe God is, or maybe God is not. If God is and we serve, leading a fraternal or brotherly life to the benefit of society, we have a chance to eternal life; whereas, if God is not, we would still have the benefit of service to our citizens. The contrary hypothesis, if God is and we fail to serve Him, would take us straight to eternal death, for the wisdom is of this generation remains still on the question, "what do we know?"

"A Great Society" for the American people and their fellow men elsewhere was the vision of Lyndon B. Johnson. An attempt to deal with the increasing demands of blacks for equal rights came in 1964 when President Lyndon Baines Johnson asked for and received the most comprehensive civil-rights act to date; the act specifically prohibited discrimination in voting, education, and the use of public facilities. For the first time since the Supreme Court ruled on segregation in public.

I'm an Aussie and haven't ever gone to India.I get loads of junk, but this one beat it all. I tried blocking it, reporting as spam, but they somehow finds a way to keep sending me the same mail asking me to put my money in a scheme called LIS DEEPASTHAMBHAM PROJECT. Indian, it says. Can I sue the promoters for filling my inbox with junk? Or should I play along and try my luck? By the way, how can I remit payment to India?

My co-worker bought a house and some land from a man about 6 months to a year ago. When they made the offer on the land, the man was given 3 months from the date of closing for him to remove all his belongings from the land. He left an RV on the land. My co-worker has never gone in the RV because it is padlocked, but it would be easy to get into if she wanted to. My question is, since it has been so long since she bought the place, and since the man has never come to get the RV, when does it legally become her property? And is there a way to get a title on something abandoned like that? P.S. We live in Arkansas, if that matters.
