You probably shouldn't. They probably ervoked your drivers license for good reason, and it is probably better for everyone if you are off the road.

How you appeal a driver's license revocation in Missouri depends upon what you are being revoked for. Be aware that you have a very limited time to file your appeal, and if you miss that time window, you are barred from appealing. If you are being revoked for some specific offenses (such as DWI), you will need an attorney to represent you if you want to have a snow-ball's chance in Hell of success. Most notices mailed out from the Department of Revenue telling you that you're about to be revoked will also tell you how to appeal the decision.

if you don't want (or don't have the money) to hire a lawyer, believe it or not, M$ Word has legal forms built-in its templates....so i'd give that a try....I was actually shocked that Billy put that kind of functionality into an office product.....
