In Jan 2006 My wife and I seperated. I forged her signature in the state of washington on my Kemper life insurance for $3000.00 to move out.

Sounds like insurance fraud to me - you could face criminal charges from the insurance company, and have to pay the money back. Depends on what the insurance company wants to do about it. $3000 is not an exorbitant amount, but forgery is still illegal.
