I've been to the US twice with B1/B2 visa. I returned to my country on time. Because I didn't want to stay there illegally. Now I want my wife and sons to see and rest in the US for couple of months. How easy do you think the US Embassy would give them visas? Any experiences?

E.g. a child is born inside the US to parents legally in the US, a father of Canadian citizenship and a mother of Indian citizenship. Would the child be eligible to be a citizen of all three countries? I'm not sure if India allows citizenship to children born outside India, but replace India with the UK and you can understand my question.

i understand about bo rder security and stuff but i suggest that there should be a somewhat of a Schengen agreement like they have in europe implemented between the usa and canada so that there will be no lines at the border. What is your opinion?

Why do these moronic children label those who simply want the immigration laws of the USA enforced as racist, bigots, Nazi's etc....

The U.S. like every other soverign nation in the world has the responsibility to control it's borders and determine who gets to enter and who must leave. The tax paying American citizens have every right to expect and DEMAND that those who desire to enter this country obey our laws just like we are expected to obey the laws of any country we enter.

The vast majority of Americans have no problem with legal immigration, we have a problem with ILLEGAL immigration. Will these misinformed, uneducated liberals ever get it right ?

I'm a Canadian citizen and I'm waiting for my wife's permanent resident visa to be process. The process is suppose take from 6 to 18 month.(there's a big gap between that)
When i check my status online it says that they started to process her application 2 months ago.
What do they do with it that takes so long?
In some countries (like Germany) things can get done within a month.
