I feel very happy

We have a bunch of frightened politicians on Capitol Hill. Not too long ago, they passed legislation authorizing that a wall be built in the southwest. The President signed it into law. Minor problem though is that they didn't fund the legislation, so the wall that was authorized will never be built. We have ICE personnel that are overworked, overpaid, and underfunded. We have BP agents being arrested and jailed for doing their jobs. You speak of reform. We don't need reform. We need to apply the laws currently on the books across the board. In short, we need to take our country back. We've been invaded and the invaders are illegal. They don't belong here, nor should they remain here. All this proposed "reform" being spewed is nothing but hot air as usual from those who wish to remain in power while doing absolutely nothing.

Good question btw, and a star.

you're assuming that unlawful immigrants keep on with another regulation except immigration regulation; that they pay taxes, pay their emergency room charges, pay for his or her little ones college lunches, and are searching for for concepts to make a contribution from an underground society. that's in simple terms no longer the case. anybody i know pays $50 a week to have their grass mowed, typically via illegals. If in simple terms human beings were accessible to diminish grass, then maximum human beings could scale back their personal, fairly of feeling entitled to relax on their recliners even as their mastercard debt is going up and their internet worth is going down. i'm a Liberal, at heart, yet do not obfuscate the priority via calling those who're the following illegally as 'undocumented'. which means some bureaucrat lost their place of work artwork. we are speaking about those who knew before they crossed our border that they were breaking the regulation and that someone could employ them, besides. That being stated, maximum pay no taxes, in any respect, because they artwork less than the table, undermining wages for human beings and criminal immigrants. they seem to be a shadow society that in simple terms turns into glaring even as they take advantage of aspects, like healthcare, preparation, and social entitlements, none of which they pay for. If no longer for unlawful workers, the price of each and every new domicile, each and every farm product, each and every panorama interest could upward thrust dramatically, because it is going to. we favor to deliver those workers into the mild, pay them both with American workers, and make Liberals and Conservatives, alike, pay the authentic value of their properties, their products, their food, and each and everything else that we devour. ninety % of money-strapped resources vendors contained in the get correct of entry to-aspect marketplace could under no circumstances have qualified for a house personal loan in a lengthy time period previous if it weren't for illegals progression those properties. the outcome's sub-commonplace progression concepts and indebtedness. when we seem any incorrect way because someone is making an attempt to make a more advantageous positive life or his commonplace of residing is a lot less than ours, we ought to also guage the outcome on our own criteria and under no circumstances compromise that.

So all that is required to become a citizen anywhere is to just go someplace and decide to stay? If I illegally enter Mexico and decide to stay, does that make me a Mexican? Mexicans have no say in the matter?

Whatever they "write" into new legislation, it will not come with adequate funding to implement. Hell, if we had fully funded existing immigration enforcement for the last 30 years, we wouldn't need "reform". It would be a non-issue.

I feel that it is unimagineably ridiculous! To think that the US politicians are so willing to go against the majority of the American people, just to pander to one specific group or cause is crazy! I read about illegal immigration everyday and feel that this (next to 9-1-1, and the Iraq war) is the biggest issue of the last decade.
What really awakened myself, and millions of Americans, were the protests of last year. I think that if these protests hadn't happened, middle-class white Americans (who are the majority of the people who vote) wouldn't have become more aware of what's going on and millions wouldve gotten amnesty!

I'm not so sure it's inevitable. People want their laws enforced and we've had enough of the empty promises with government. I think they are starting to see that Americans are fed-up on alot of fronts.

I don't think amnesty is inevitable.

I believe that Congress doesn't have the guts to do it because Americans are livid and not for it. They won't vote for amnesty, not because it's destructive but because they are afraid of loosing their jobs.

Fear is the weapon of terrorists...
All those in fear are already their victims...
America was built by immigrants.
No one ever read a history book?

It doesn't matter what anyone believes or not, Immigrants are already Americans since they've decided to make USA their home and if they truly believe USA deserves them as population, they will certainly have to overcome much criticism and racism that the poor educational system has developed.

Pitiful many Americans believe they are the owners of the world.

Good luck! Bear hugs!

Are you sure it's inevitable?

Both sides (in Congress) sound awfully scared, to me.
