Section 1324a is just one portion of the immigration laws dealing with aiding and abetting and harboring illegal immigrants and the fact that it is a felony to hire, harbor or help illegal immigrants. What is so difficult to understand and enforce about that law? The fact is that they won't enforce any immigration law. They're just looking to placate a few vocal people until the fire dies down. But this person isn't going to let loose and wants the laws enforced. This is the USA. We have laws for the benefit and protection of all our citizens and we have a right to expect those laws to be enforced. I hope the citizens will stand with me.

They are not replacing anything; it's the same **** all over again! Look at past articles regarding illegal immigration in Time magazine. What is amazing is that you will see the very same remarks being made now about illegal immigration made then. You actually will think that you are reading a new articles, when in fact, it is something that was written 20 some-odd years ago. And who was at the forefront then? None other than Ted muthafreakin Kennedy!!

It's insane. But both parties are to blame on this one. We haven't enforced our immigration laws for the past 50 years. There is now a group in Southern Cali that is trying to inform illegals of their "rights" and how to avoid being deported.

Yes, we sure do have immigration laws, and very good laws. We do not have enforcement. That is all it would take, a very hard line, and enforcement.
