I've been to the US twice with B1/B2 visa. I returned to my country on time. Because I didn't want to stay there illegally. Now I want my wife and sons to see and rest in the US for couple of months. How easy do you think the US Embassy would give them visas? Any experiences?

Your wife will have to pass the interview by herself since you still have a valid B1/B2 visa. Your children will not have much problems if they are minors as you could submit finacial records to support them. If your wife is not working, then your financials will support her as well. This said, better inquire from your country's US embassy what other requirements they may have for your family.

As always, they will require that you prove financial capability to go to the US, prove that you have sufficient ties to your country of origin to return, such as a house, assests, and permanent employment or business.

Have a good time touring this great country with your family.

Having been to the US twice and never overstayed is already an advantage for applying again with dependents. Just be careful during the interview and prove that you will be returning after the next visit.
