Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://bitly.im/aNJCt

Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.

You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

I don't undertand the meaning of "assault 2".
If he is seeking to enter in a visa mandatory category of entry and he fails to detail any convictions on the form (which does ask for them) then he will enter the UK illegally (by verbal deception). Since you say he intends to "move" to the UK then I would imagine that he would require a visa for entry.
If he tries to seek entry as a visitor when his intention is to settle in the UK then he will run the risk of being refused entry and will have entered illegally if admitted. Furthermore applications to the Home Office for leave variation from VISITOR to a visa-mandatory category would ordinarily be rejected.

Depends on a lot of stuff, like how long ago the conviction was, if he is highly skilled etc. the most important thing they will want to know is how he / you are planning to support yourselves when you are here. The "we'll get a job when we arrive won't wash I'm afraid" so you will need to have secured employment and a place to stay with proof of that before you arrive.

Are you kidding me? This country lets terrorists live amongst us for years, it opens the door to all and sundry.
Guns, Knives, mugging pensioners. And there was a top judge who actually said: "Murderers are spending to long in prison and should be released early." FFS!!!
And now they are talking about letting the scum out of prison early because the prisons are too full.
It seems like your partner will be welcomed with open arms by the fecking nutters who run this country!!!

As far as I am aware, the UK doesn't check for criminal records - that is certainly the case for europeans coming over - hence, a higher crime rate - our police have no idea of what they have been up to in the home country - laughable but absolutely true.

Please as it normally is, he cannot be granted the visa but God has put it as a burden in my heart to pray so that the visa be granted to him.
So as the visa will be granted, you mail me through
loved_by_god1@yahoo.fr
so that I will thank God for answering prayers. But if you do not want me to pray you can mail me immediately.
God bless you and your partner.
