People in America are the friendliest people on earth - don't believe the BS about America being violent. But yes, we do have bad neighborhoods....don't live in them - its that easy!!!

One more thing....America has the WORLDS BEST COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES...get a degree from an American University - even a mediocre one - and you will be sought after the world over... Our education is the envy of the world...

Apply for a student visa but it must be approved by your mother in order to be valid since you are still a minor.
