I asked this question yesterday and it got removed. Americans hold this song dear, and we got upset when Rosann Bar mocked it, so these jerks do it in Spanish, what was their reasoning ? are the trying to get every one mad, to help fuel the fires and spread the same racism they turn around and bltch about ?

Tons of people live in the United States who only speak Spanish and we take care of all their needs for them and translate everything into their language. If we went to Mexico would they go to the trouble of translating everything into English for us. Would we survive without ever learning Spanish?

I am 33 year old naturalized US citizen. I am intending on filing I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) for my sister. We no longer have parents (and hence she is my “immediate family”).
Do you know if there is a precedent and/or I have a case with INS to argue that she is an “immediate family” and hence she can receive a waiver for waiting for her visa (immediate family is not subject to visa quotas)?

Thank you.

Why is it that when an American voices their oppinion against illegal immigration we are automatically called racist? I personally know many Americans who have become citizens or legal residents and they too are against illegal immigration, so why, as a "white" American, am I labeled so negatively?
Now, please answer this. Why is it that other people from other countries and other nationalities can boldy, blatantly march in our streets and demand rights and do vile things to our countries flag, yet they are not "racist"? Why is a double standard allowed on this issue?

If you don't know the meaning of the term "status quo" it means you never took government or history. Therefore you are ignorant and should learn a bit about the world before entering this blog.

At the end of the day, are you pro-illegal or against? Do you support amnesty, or deportation? How about 'sanctuary cities', what is your opinion on that?

I've been wondering about the immigration debate, and I want to know who do people blame? This question is for all countries but I'm focusing on the U.S.A. Do you blame your goverment or the people trying to get a better life? Note: A lot of people in the U.S.A. are mad at the illegal immigrants, but we should be upset with our lazy @ss government who does nothing to stop illegal immigration, they seem to support it! So let's not get upset with the illegals. (If I lived in a poor country which so happened to border a rich country that didn't enforce its border/immigration laws, I would cross into that country too!) Let's focus our anger on the people who should be receiving it, our f*cked up politicans!

While people in power usually endorse it. The ordinary people will bring about the change. What triggered the marches in May? anti immgrants!Who marched? Illegal aliens! I think social justice will prevail even though the cost will be there just like it's happened in previous struggles. The French Revolution(It marked the end of monarchies as systems of govt)! Women's right to vote!Desegration!

A recent federal study of incarcerated criminals known to be illegal aliens showed that 98% have been arrested at least two times after entering the United States. Further the average number of offences for an incarcerated illegal alien was 13, with the median being 10 offences per criminal.

It is generally acknowledged that once someone commits a crime, each succeeding crime is that much easier for them to commit. This leads to a criminal mentality where an offender will often choose an illegal action over a legal choice. Illegal aliens must commit dozens of crimes in order to enter, live and work in the country. As they are now conditioned to crime as a way of life, are they more likely to commit additional crimes against others? Does this in turn invalidate the argument that most illegal aliens are not criminals and only looking for work?

People are saying that the illegal Mexican immigrants (most illegals are Mexican) are religious, conservative Catholics and that's why they have so many children. If that's so, then why don't they leave? After all, they're breaking so many laws (fake ID's jumping the border, lying, etc), and that's against the Church's teaching, too. Hmmm? Aren't their immortal souls in danger?
