Let me tell you something (decent) Illegal Guatemalans that live in Mexico as soon as they are found they are deported. Have you seen the news in Mexico of how the Immigration treats illegals crossing their borders? The Immigration of the United States of America is more than nice when it comes to Illegals. Imagine if someone came on your property and started building a home without your consent would you be happy? My opinion I could be wrong.

No - the whole point is if they are here illegally they are not paying taxes ? They choose to break the law everyday - My wife was hit by a illegal alien he had no insurance - no driver's lic - no registration - but he did have a free food card from DSHS here in wa. SO why should I want someone to be a citizen who chooses to break the law on several different levels everyday. I am okay with legal immigration - for people who follow the rules. I don't want to pay for the world to come here and overrun our benefits system and bankrupt us.

I think those nice law abiding illegals should apply for citizenship like every other immigrant turned American Citizen - THEN - when approved, they will not be illegals - but legitimate citizens.
And yeah - the bad ones need to go ASAP!

No, because if the huge amount of illegal from mexico stay there will be less visas for mexicans who waited patiently and are still waiting to get in legally. If your from costa rica its easier because there are not so many that crossed illegally. The government considers how many legal visas to give out to each country based on how many illegals are already here from that country. right now people from mexico represent over 90% of illegals. There are more people staying here illegally than waited to get in the legal way..

...illegals don't pay taxes.... LOL. They have to have a social security number from the US government to pay taxes and jobs that are not paid "under the table"... if they are illegal, they don't have US social security numbers or "real" jobs (jobs in which taxes get taken out of their paycheck every week and are checks that they have to cash into their bank accounts)...........
...and yes crossing a fence is illegal...
its called trespassing.

If they are illegal, how are they paying taxes? You have to have a tax id or ssn to pay taxes. Illegals don't have either. If they are illegal, they should be deported.

umm they don't pay taxes because they are illegal but i underdstand you mean the hard working illegals ...and yes if they are commited and do the jobs the lazy *krackers* wont do then go right ahead but if they choose to kill or steal them of course they should be deported.... a lot of the illegals are honest hard working people....
