Yes. Any person in the USA illegally from ANY country should be deported. Most think of Mexicans. Do you have any ideal how many people are in the USA illegally. Russia, France, India, Spain and on and on.
We must stop issuing visas, deport everyone here that has an expired visa and those that are here illegally.
Why? Because they are costing every American money and using the limited natural resources that America has.
Local governments are limiting the amount of water we can use because we do not have enough water.
We have brown outs and black outs because power companies can not produce enough electricity.
There is more gasoline being used than can be produced, so we pay almost $3.00 a gallon.
We have 38,000 troops protecting the border between North and South Korea, yet our borders are wide open.
When every American votes and we get rid of every elected official in Washington and vote in people that will put Americans first and not try to be politically correct, we can solve our immigration problem.

First I believe it is IMPORTANT! that the laws be changed so that babies born in the US are only citizens if their parents are legal immigrants or citizens under the jurisdiction of the US government. The law as it stands is being abused. I also think that citizenship should be made available to 5 million illegals (or whatever number is appropriate so that we have enough agricultural workers) and have all the illegals register to be selected. Our government can put a lot of people to work reviewing the applications and selecting illegals who meet the criteria of speaking English, established here for at least 5 years, gainfully employed and paying taxes. The ones who were not selected -- we know where they live, go get 'em and deport them.

We could if we really wanted to, but it would be chaos for a while. There's so many of them and I'm sure they would try to revolt and we'd have to get the military involved. Shots would be fired, fingers would be pointed. It's a nice idea, but it's not very likely.

Not a very nice way to put it but the answer is obviously no. Even if this law were to ever pass (which it won't), it would be far too confusing, cost way too much money and it would be impossible track everyone down.
