People want to be like their President. He got C's and D's in history, and made one trip outside the US in his entire life before he was President. Also the No Child Left Behind curriculum, Bush's baby, does not include history.

Please. I know history and geography and I'm not monolingual. If there's anyone ignorant it's people that can't get off HISTORY and live with what's fact in the here and now. I mean if it's war you want, then by god declare it and stop with the "race" card and immigration and borders and all the rest of the crap. Coz I sure don't here any language that convinces me otherwise and I'm tired of all the BS and games. Talk big and call names and then hide behind how awful the anglo-English speakers are. As if America isn't compromised by many groups of people. I don't beleive all people from Mexico are like this "group" and I think it's high time we get to the REAL agenda instead of pussy-footing around under the guise of illegal immigration and all the rest.

There is nothing wrong with a mono culture, andwe can still learn another language. I do recall Mexico lost it's territory in treaty and war to the U.S.A. So if the Mexican Government has a problem well over a hundred years after the fact, petition the United Nations.

It would not matter where the border was located, they would still cross it. It reminds me of an old episode of Little House on the Prairie. If we blew up all the buildings, destroyed the highways, and left the disputed areas to them, they would just keep coming north for the jobs and social services. Look out Canada, you're next!

If they ever do get 'their' land back we should leave it bare and withdraw all financial support. And put up a wall, then top it off with laws that make Mexico's look like a welcome mat. I'm just for the wall and strict immigration laws though, because we don't owe them anything.

The people of the USA do not need to be forced to speak any language but English. I have traveled all over the world and I know geography and I studied history in college......

Knowing about the facts of history is fine. But people alive today have no responsibility to give back Texas. That day will never come, my friend. Move on. Fix your own country--why not try something positive? Elect decent officials, get rid of corrupt police, overthrow the oligarchy? Do something intelligent, and stop copying things out of books, which it's obvious you did.
