USA work visa as a nanny... What type can I apply for?

I cannot apply for a J-1 as this visa is for students and I do not wish to study.

You can only work as a nanny in the US for a short, specified time and through a program for exchange visitors, a J-1 program. There are no immigrant or non-immigrant visas available for nannies.
