what could be the motivation behind the cutting off of free speach that is only anti crime, with no racial motivation behind it?
Could yahoo be backing the pro criminal/pro illegal alien movement?

I underrstand that this is a free forum, but THEY made the rules and to arbitrarily throw off questions because it is anti-illegal, does not even abide by their own rules.

How can anti crime be spreading hate?
would not the criminal be fostering hate?
how can defending one's home and country be fostering violence?
is not the illegal/criminal fostering violence by his/her action?

perhaps Yahoo should answer these questions in a court of law!
any attorney want to take this case?

I don't live in Florida but visited there several times recently and I found it rather scary. No one spoke English most of the time. Lots of unemployed, poor Hatians and blacks as well as Cubans milling around the city. It looked like Havana to me?
Anyone down in Florida think what went on/is going on in Florida with the Cuban/Hatian "refugees" is a good thang for the USA or what?
Should we allow people to be citizens simply because they "touch" USA soil? I heard the Cuban community voted that a State law. What happened to Federal law? Seems to me if it can happen in Florida, it can happen anywhere here in the USA. Whatayall think?

There are those that try to clou the isueof illegal immigration and bring in clais of racism and such.
In the USA, we have levels of crimes and the seriousness of the offense usually is the reason why the crime is in is class (civil, misdemeoner, felony)
the law of the USA classifies illegal immigration as a felony (like rape, murder, blackmail, extrotion, mail fraud, the list goes on and on).
for those who want the law to ignore illegals:
should the overnment ignore it if you are raped, or murdered, or being blackmailed, or are defrauded?

is it racism or descrimination toach the criminal that does something to you personal?

what about the people who sell military secets to our enemies?

For starters, the rules need to be changed so quotas (which differ by which country you're from) end and everyone can be process and accepted according to merit. Also lower the application fees which runs in the hundreds, if not thousands of dollars.

Wouldn't it make better sense than the current system?

I had been under the idea that we should be worried about gett the illegal mexicans out of the U.S. , but now whith more thought I really think we should just take over their country and make it part of ours. Just think of all the companies who have shut down plats in the U.S. and started new ones there, they would be ours again and would be forced to pay employees alot better , so why would mexicans want to leave their home? I believe there are millions of Americans that would strongly protest that. Among them the approximately 130,000 currently in Iraq and Afghanistan trudging the terrain in full body armor and combat loads, and triple that at least total that have pulled tours. Now go about for a day or more with all that. Oh and lets not forget, people are trying to kill you the entire time. How many Mexican, Central or South American military personnel are in these areas? We send our money to save people, we send food, and most of all we send our children to defend and protect the same people that will gladly stab us in the back. Hey you know America would win! It could be a great resolution to this problem. There'd be no more violation of American law, no issue of Race left to discuss, no wall to build, no need for border patrol. Each and every time something is posted, pro illegals use some LAME EXCUSE to try to discredit what has been posted. When immigrants want to come to the USA, shouldn't they be 100% loyal to the country of the USA? Shouldn't they be proud to fly the flag of the USA? Why would they think that it is okay to fly the flag of the country that they left? Shouldn't they got back to their home country if they want to fly that flag? I think it should be against the law in the USA to fly a flag other than the flag of the USA, unless it is below the flag of the USA. My dad (a USA citizen) in Washington state, flies his USA flag proudly and below it flies the Canadian flag in respect for his grandchildren who are Canadian citizens.
