There are those that try to clou the isueof illegal immigration and bring in clais of racism and such.
In the USA, we have levels of crimes and the seriousness of the offense usually is the reason why the crime is in is class (civil, misdemeoner, felony)
the law of the USA classifies illegal immigration as a felony (like rape, murder, blackmail, extrotion, mail fraud, the list goes on and on).
for those who want the law to ignore illegals:
should the overnment ignore it if you are raped, or murdered, or being blackmailed, or are defrauded?

is it racism or descrimination toach the criminal that does something to you personal?

what about the people who sell military secets to our enemies?
THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO MAKE A BETTER LIE FOR THEMSELVES!
What do you care if an enemy gets the secrets to our defensive systems.

IF YOU EXPECT THE LAW TO PROTECT YOU THEN YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO SUPPORT THE LAW, PERIOD!

IF YOU WANT TO BE PRO-CRIMINAL

be consistant
NEVER CALL A COP, NO MATTER WHAT!!!

It sure isn't, but the pro illegal lobby has no other argument ... no matter what you say to them, no matter how logical you try to be ... you'll hear that you're a racist .. wel, just ignore them and consider the source ... have you ever heard them coming with any other arguments? Except of course the good ole "We were here first", and "They do jobs Americans won't do", and other rubbish like that, which is easy to disprove ... but do they listen? Nope!!

It's not nice to be called a racist ... and these people know that ... that's why they're using that word all the time ... and another good one they're constantly using is "They're only here to feed their starving families back home" and nonsense like that ... yeah right ... I'm sure all the drug dealers and crims send home every hard earned penny to their starving families ... such rubbish!! Don't listen to them is my advice ... if and when they have anything SENSIBLE to say, I'll sit up and take note ... but I think I'll have to wait for that till Hell freezes over ...

Thinking people know that wanting our laws enforced is not being racist. When illegals/supporters pull out that brown card, you know they have been defeated. They have no valid argument for breaking the law and so they result to calling you a racist.

Pointing out the pro-criminal hypocrisy is a good tactic. Isn't it interesting how they chose which laws they obey and which they don't? If we were to listen to their "logic" we could say that "Oh, that robber that broke into Mr. Smith's house, he was poor and only wanted a better life."

No anti crime isn't racism. If we want true equality for everyone then the illegals deserve to be prosecuted because to leave them out of the legal process would be descriminating against them. They don't like to hear this because they don't understand fair treatment can be good and it can be bad when the individual gets what they deserve

There are different degrees of felonies applied to felons. While it is a felony to be in this country-illegally-, a person certainly would not be put to death for that felony. Murder is felony # 1,whereas illegal entry to this country would be like felony # 10 or some such lower number.

The first person in any arguement to call racism, is probubly the racist. Think about it. It wouldn't be an issue/racism if they didn't bring it up. Right?
It wouldn't matter to me if the illegals where button eyed, cupi dolls. They would be illegal aliens/immigrants subject to the same concerns I have now given the numbers of them and the logistics of crime and disruption to our society.

They have no reasons good enough to explain the breaking of laws-so they try to make it a race issue. Which it is not.
And even IF some are racist--it doesn't excuse their crime of law breaking.

The illegals think it is. But this is just another way they try to justify their willful and deliberate criminals acts and being threats to OUR national security. They will do anything to get what they want and don't care about anyone or anything but themselves.

You don't even need to rise to this issue. They call people racist hoping we won't examine the word and will simply be frozen in our tracks to think people could peg us that way. They have no legitimate argument, so they fall back on this.

It is just silly. Move on.
