Why do muslims come here? for only british people>?

i'm not beein racist or anything but why do they come here they've got a country of thier own they are like taking over britain such as culture, religion they biuld shops here and waste space and some also terrorise us such as the londen bombings in july last year and also in leicestershire its multicultural so you see them every where they get big massive houses and. we have to work hard to get them and end up living in small flats and another questions why did they start the londen bombings

I dont know why they come here....i wish they didnt and im not racist..i like most UK people have had enough...we take all kinds..most of which cannot live in a civilised manner in their own country,so letting them in here mixing them all together is a recipe for disaster....but the real reason they all come here is for a meal ticket....lets face it everything is free.....housing,money handouts..medical care...and they hate us so much they start riots,(Bradford) and now the london bombings and breed hatred into their young via the mosques...and we still welcome them with open arms....

Why does anyone go anywhere? Can you truly say your family has been purely English throughout the centuries? England and many other big nations in the world nowadays are composed of diverse peoples who help shape the nation.
Cultural divergence is inevitable no matter who decides to immigrate into England. The England you see today is not what it was a thousand years ago, five hundred years ago or even a hundred years ago. It has been shaped by the people of all different nations who decided to live there.
I know you've said you're not being racist but the way your statements are written out in your letter, it seems you've got a bitter resentment against these people, who have just as much right as any other peaceful religious group.
Also, I've noted that you point out that they 'terrorise us'. This is untrue as well, for terrorism has no religion. This is not the work of the Muslim people as a whole. This is the work of crazy, disgusting radicals who claim themselves to be a religion. This is like saying Christians shouldn't live in Europe because of what the Nazis did.
If they have big houses, it is because they've worked hard and earned the money to buy these big houses, and I severely doubt everyone else ends up living in small flats. As a predominantly Caucasian nation, I really doubt that the people favor Muslims overy anyone else; rather, they are given the equal and same right as any other British person to make a living and find a house to live in.
Once again, the London bombings were because of crazed, stupid radicals who were claiming they were Muslim, not because of the Muslim population. I can tell you here and now that Muslim text and culture preaches nothing about destroying people's lives and terrorizing.

i don't think you can blame muslims. It's a religion that people follow and i think it is the largest religion in the world so it is people from places like africa, pakistan, india and many other places. There are however extremists that in my opinion have blurred the religion to work for there own gains which can involve targeting other religions.

You are being a little racist by stereotying that all corners shop owners are muslim... and they waste space!!!!! (be careful what you say as this comment is open to abuse!)

I admit that some immigrants do work for very little which is likely to effect our economy but these are not just muslim it's every one that the labour party lets into the country. We need more tougher rules about illegal immigrants and who works and who doesn't... In my experience that it is the british person who is the more lazy and just prefers to claim benefits (and then moan)and have 30 children to get a big house that is the problems.

I am not racist as such, but what I cant stand is foreigners of ANY race or creed that come over here and expect us to hand out houses and money from a system they havent paid a single panny into, when theres decent BRITISH working people trying to get better housing and cant, because the best has been given to foreigners. Also, they do nothing but complain about how badly we treat them, that we dont let them bring all their relatives to live here, dont build enough mosques and all the rest for them, give them too little money....If its so bad here, why dont they piss off back to where they came from???

The Muslims have wanted to conquer Europe since the days of the Ottoman Empire. Muslim immigration is no coincidence. Europe sold its soul to the Arabs in 1973 with the Eurabia agreements where they promised to allow them into our homeland, to favour them over the citizens etc. By 2100, as a result of EU policy, Europe will be Muslim. Remember that countries such as Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Turkey etc were all Christian and subsequently conquered by Islam.

I've pondered this for a while. I think the Moslem folks are all stoked up in their religious zeal and tend to see freedom being misused by the rest of us infidels. No big deal for them. They got the best religion on the block in their eyes and we got the ...best block. They figure they can come here, do their own thang in the freedom (which they don't have in Islam) and make a better life for themselves. And they do. Kudos to them.
Course some bad uns' come with the good uns' and we got these problems. They wear rags over their heads so we know who they are and that is like a bulls eye for hate mongers who don't seperate, bad Moslems from peace loving Moslems.
The reason the Moslems have big houses, is cuz their religion keeps em' together in all things in life. Western ideals tend to isolate people. Give them the freedom to ...be alone!
Being along is less productive than being in a group in many, many ways save maybe one. When you are one and alone you can do as you please. Get drunk, use drugs, sleep around, wanck it, get married, have babies, go to chuch, do God's work etc. We got the freedom to do as we please. Generally that makes us less efficient but by golly! We are FREE! Kinda. Freeer than the Moslems. Even those living as Moslems in the free world.

I am an English Muslim, this is my country, my ancesters farmed this land and fought for it too.

However I guess your question is directed at Muslims from mainly Asian origins. What happened is we colonised their land and then when we needed workers after WW2, asked them to come and help. Many came, without the intention of staying, but ended up settling down here with their families.
Ther are also Muslims here from countries like Iraq, who came because we bombed their country, and Muslims who came here to flee mad undemocratic regimes that we support (eg Egypt, Saudi, etc)

Many Asian Muslims in the UK are originally from the rural area of Mirpur in Kashmir, where Britain flooded their land and homes with a dam, so many had little to leave behind them.

The majority of Asian Muslims you see are second, third or fouth generation and were born and brought up and went to school here; English is their first language.

As for them having big houses, Muslims tend to be amongst the poorest people in the UK, living in the most deprived and overcrowded conditions. Yes, some do have big houses, this will be because they worked hard for them like everyone else and pay their taxes etc. Also many Muslim familes tend to live together with the in laws, their brother, etc, making it financially possible to get a big house.

As for halal shops, asian clothes shops etc, I don't see any problem with that. Think about things you take for granted as 'British' like black pepper, tomatoes, etc, even potatoes - and most flowers in gardens - all came from foreign cultures, and then of course oranges, bananas, spices etc. It all enriches our experience and society.

As you will know, the vast majority of Muslims abhored the London bombings and all violence, they are peacful people in the main. Sadly no community is ever free from bad people, they exist everywhere. But any bombers who happen to be Muslim, do not represent the Muslim community as a whole.
