Cnn.com article says "Courts make it tougher on illegals"!!! "The supreme court on Thursday dealt a blow to some longtime ILLEGAL residents, upholding the deportation of a mexican man who lived in the U.S. for twenty years". He had (finally) married a U.S. resident whom he'd had a kid with, and he had his own business here. It's a START!!!! What WONDERFUL news!!! FINALLY we are getting some judges that are UPHOLDING the law!!!!!!!!!!!! ABOUT DAMN TIME!!!

These men are accomplished at using the right words to make you believe they are NOT on the sides of the illegals. The truth is that they have worked to make life for the illegal better in Utah. David Ure sponsored a bill to give illegals drivers licenses which was supported by our Attorney General, Mark Shurtleff. What a crock!

Chris Cannon has a blitz of ads out that make it seem like he is against illegals, BUT LOOK AT HIS VOTING RECORD. CHRIS CANNON VOTES ILLEGAL EVERY CHANCE HE GETS!

PLEASE GET OUT IN THE PRIMARIES AND VOTE OUT CHRIS CANNON AND DAVID URE. MARK SHURTLEFF DOES NOT COME UP FOR RE-ELECTION UNTIL 2008, SO KEEP AN EYE ON HIM AND WHAT HIS OFFICE DOES THESE NEXT TWO YEARS.

MR. SHURTLEFF, OUR VISIT TO YOUR OFFICE WEDNESDAY WAS FRUSTRATING. WHICH COUNTRY DO YOU WORK FOR?

Is this going to be an honest gig, or just more showmanship?
What if Average Joe comes back and says 'THROW MEXICO OUT' in sufficient numbers, what will our administration do then?
Hmmm....

I for one, will show up to find out if my congressman and senators plan to listen to me about illegal immigration. Never in my whole life did I think our country would be held "hostage" by Mexico. The government there has been funneling their people here just as fast as they can. Only the uninformed or the totally closed-minded fail to see there is a plan of invasion going on. Those illegals who are here only for a better life are....and will be badly used by those who have a plan...called AZTLAN.

Please, show up and ask them the really hard questions. Don't let them do the "political dance" by using a lot of words in their answers that don't mean anything.

Also, ask the same questions of your govenors, your attorney generals, and ALL your local elected officials. I just found out that our local Attorney General of Utah has strong ties with Mexico. A personal thing on his part that totally clouds his vision and has caused him to help illegals get driver's licences here.

I've seen both sides throw out the race card and claim the other side is ignorant while posting/answering questions on illegal immigration. Please explain your position on the issue (I admit I've been on the anti-"illegal" immigration side but am trying to be open-minded) and then explain why your opposition's views are ignorant and/or racist?

If they got together, they could make a big difference in Mexico and fight the crooked government and drug lords and develop a civil country second to none. 12 million would be more than enough. Then they would have a country like the USA and wouldn't have to immigrate.

Women In North american have fought for and won the right to equality, vote etc., why must we now accept the way we are treated by new comers to this coninent. If we speak up for ourselves we are called raciest and worse by the mid Eastern men. Why should we who helped build this country now have to adapt to them. Why can they not adapt to the new country. Are we now in the midst of reverse racisim?

Why do we have phone prompt options for Spanish in America? And why do we Americans provide dissability benefits for those who cannot speak our language? I had no choice but to learn English when I immigrated to America.

I have heard a lot lately about how whites should be glad that other racial groups are coming to America because the new groups will "refresh the white gene pool." I am not sure why theses comments are being made. The last time I checked, the white "gene pool" wasn't in need of refreshing. Any thoughts on this? I don't have a problem with people dating whoever they want, I just don't like people implying that white people are members to a stagnant gene pool. That is just horse poo.
