What has that got to do with immigration? This is the immigration sub-category. Maybe you think immigrants take them. A lot of people who walk to the grocery store use them. Maybe they are trying to cut down on the pollution in our country by not driving. Maybe they want the exercise so as to stay healthy. Maybe they can't afford a car and this is how they transport their groceries. They are definitely not so lazy they starve for lack of transportation. It's their personal business, why worry about it.

"White" trash is a racist ramark! People of all colors, races and ethnicity can be seen pushing grocery carts down the sidewalks. You don't have to be 'trash' or POOR to use the carts as I mentioned previously. Who's business is it anyway? I think people need to look at their own lives and see where they could improve instead of getting all up in other peoples business.

they can be purchased. Stores sometimes sell the ones that need repair.

I by no potential have back the cart on the front ... yet have by no potential left it at a place the place it blocks different vehicles ... by no potential been in that kinda difficulty ... yet i'm particular you will come across a place interior reach the place you could circulate away the cart devoid of actual blockading any vehicles ... purely go searching !!

I love your questions. Most are real and unanswerable which makes one laugh and think, "you know, this guy's got a point".
