Do I have the right to stop people who I think are here in the USA illegally and question them, and/or call the police, if they can't prove to me that they are legal?

I came to this forum to get some real answers on the issues, and they have been hard to come by. It appears there are too many pretending to be something they are not, to discourage this question.
America is a wealthy nation because of the legal immigrants, and the hard working Americans that are here now. So would you please tell me how do we protect the rights of Americans, and legal immigrants from these criminals, without a civil war breaking out on our streets.
Please, no dreamers. Real solutions, I have put some out there, and I have been harassed for doing so, by many thall call themselves Americans, as well as by those that claim they are illegals.
And, since these people are so smart, I would like to hear their realistic, applicable solution to the problem, not rude, and insulting comments.

I keep hearing how these illegals love their own nation, yet they will not give it Respect. They come to America and say horrible things about their nations, instead of staying and fixing the problems.
American's stood their ground and created one of the, if not the freest nation in the world. It's not perfect, by any means, the third world corruption that runs other nations runs rampid through our government. Americans will make a stand when they have had enough, and it appears that time is at hand.
Let them return home before our laws change, and they have worse problems to deal with than angry Americans. How about their homeland's rulers, how will they feel when they get not only you back, but a bill and fines for services rendered. Deportation costs, and fines for any other criminal acrivity that you committed beyond crossing our borders.
America will show it has a back bone against other invading nations. Illegal Aliens are not immigrants, they are criminals.

Please we do need help, we are about to be separated, we are not wealthy and I don't think I'm skilled migrant. My partner works in the hotel/casino industry, I am an irrigation technician. We currently live in the USA, I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese, my partner speaks only English. Please, any information/help will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

If a person enters the US illegally. They are a criminal and need to be arrested and returned to wherever they came from. (England, Sweden, Norway, France, Germany etc)
If they came legally and followed the law.....They become citizens.

That is the law. The Law The Law.
What makes this so hard? Who in the government is suppose to control the borders? Why aren't they doing it? Should they do it? Are they ordered NOT to enforce THE LAW? Congress needs TO INVESTIGATE it....I bet they are the cause.........

it has been said by many that undocumentated workers do not pay taxes even when it is a fact that Mexicans are the biggest expenders in America , they get money taken from they pay checks and never get it back , they actually send less than 20 percent back to Mexico and reinbest the rest in America .

but ..... did u knew that if any of them own any taxes they will have to pay those taxes back once they get legalized ???

It seems many have been accused of it -both sides. We know some right away. But some do not have a racist remark in it and some have added their own by answering.
Rather you are pro or con you have a right to state your believes and even strongly. You have a right to rejoice if things are going good for your side. Many have not said one thing about color or race and yet they have been called it. Others put their own ideas in, that were not stated by question.

Not all will agree or disagree but what remarks do you hate? ?????????????????????
(We all know the worst we don't have to question those-we know))

Example---We do the jobs you won't -racist or not? Feel free both sides to give an example.

And can you make a racist (culture, nationality, religion, sex, race, looks ect.)remark and not really be racist?

Why is so easy for an employes to get rid of a Latin guy to get rid of a White guy? aren't we the same kind of Human being??, or is Because the Latin guy will never sue the employer and the white guy is the first thing that he is going to do?? Keep in mind to have a job these people would have to have some form of ID which must be fake (because they are not here legally). This is an offence that would most likely get a US citizen thrown in jail. Also shouldn't an immigrant know how to speak english, (with the exception of people who had to flee their country quickly for religous persicution.)

If it was not for Americans many more Jewish, Polish, and many other races would have been extinguished by the Nazi Invassion.
Americans don't want to exterminate illegal immigrants, they want them to go home, and show some respect for our nation, if they won't show any for their own. They can migrate here legally, and earn the right to be called American. However, they must adapt to the American way of life, not the other way around. We have given more in financial aid, and private donations to Mexico, and nations like it and we gave it without really expecting repayment. It came from the goodness of the hearts of the American people, but because of the constant disrespect of our nation, our people, and our legal immigrants, we will give no more.
Is that really so hard to understand?

Can you believe this...I was watching t.v couple of minutes ago a friend of mine (US citizen, like almost all of you), He's a Kitchen Manager at a company that is owning fine dining restaurants here in Boston...The point is the next, He called me so stressed up because all of the white kids that he hired can't do the job and he was saying that he needs his Mexicans back..and i don't want to sound rude or anything like that, but why every single kitchen around the US is commanded by Mexicans or Brazilians, why the US kids are so poorly skilled, os is that they don't really like this kind of jobs??... Why every chain restaurant are trying to hire just Latin people...(they don't care if they are legal or ILLEGAL)and i can tell you that is not cheap labor because they are hire them with $13 or $15 just to start and if the kid comes with experience he will get around $16 or $18..
Do you think that this is cheap labor???

The Pilgrims did not establish the first permanent English settlement in what is currently the U.S. They landed in Massachusetts in 1620. The first pemanent English settlement in what is currently the U.S. was Jamestown, Virginia in 1607. I know American education in seriously lacking for a variety of reason (illegal alien chilren being one of them) but for Christ's sake didn't they teach you this?
Why were you people allowed out of grade school without knowing this? How do these immigrant become citizens without knowing this? The last time I checked this was asked on the naturalizatoin test.

I am sick of those who defend Illegals

I am sick when you defend a Illegal criminal by saying we have some--what kind of twisted mind do you have to defend these--Go home with them!!!!!!!!!
